Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

A soft-baked peanut butter cookie filled with dark chocolate chips.  We use a special peanut butter dough that stays soft when baked while keeping an excellent peanut butter flavor.  Add in the dark chocolate chips and the added umami blends perfect with the salty sweet cookie.
