Shikuwasa is an Okinawan citrus that tastes like a blend of tangerine and lime(We think it tastes like tangy Sprite). 
 
Our shikuwasa cookies start with our original shortbread dough and we top it with a shikuwasa glaze to create an excellent blend of melt in your mouth cookies with tart shikuwasa flavor in each bite.  Available in both a 6 pack and 30 pack.
